Trained analysts are available to assist with the interpretation of test results for predictive maintenance decisions and root cause diagnostics. George Dilger General Manager
George Dilger has been with Gibson Tool & Supply for 21 years. He is responsible for all facets of Gibson Tool’s day-to-day business operations. Prior to working at Gibson he spent ten years at a CNC job shop where he held a variety of positions and eventually became General Manager. Dilger also holds a degree in Machine and Metals Technology.
According to Dilger, his most important function is "to insure our customers receive the finest service from our company. I achieve this by providing our customers dedicated and technically sound employees who are eager and able to solve their day-to-day problems. Additionally, it is a top priority to supply customers with the latest performance products that the industry has to offer."

Rich Black Sales Representative
Rich Black has worked for Gibson Tool & Supply almost nine years. This, with his 19 years as a Machinist and Tool Salesmen in California, give him nearly thirty years of experience to draw from when helping customers get the proper tools and technical information they need.

Rory Cass Sales Representative
Rory Cass brings a quarter century of experience to the task of solving customer needs and problems. He has worked in machining, precision sheet metal, manufacture-engineering technical support, and technical support for tool and die fabrication. Ten of those years were spent in California’s demanding aerospace industry.

Shane Callanan Accounting Assistant
With 20 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting, Shane Callanan is responsible for a variety of in-house accounting functions. Shane also organizes backorders, places vendor purchase orders, handles will-call customers, and routes phone calls during peak business hours.
